Shipping policy

Order Processing

Our team promptly begins the fulfilment process once your order is placed. Each order is carefully prepared and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards.

You'll receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your purchase, including a unique order number.

Your order will be dispatched within 0–2 business days. Shortly after, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Timeframes

We understand you're excited to receive your goodies! Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 4–7 business days from the date your order is shipped.

To ensure product availability and efficient delivery, we work with a network of trusted domestic and international fulfilment centres. Some orders may be dispatched directly from our overseas warehouses. Regardless of the dispatch location, our standard estimated delivery timeframe remains as mentioned above.

In rare cases, circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or logistical challenges, may extend delivery times to approximately 10 business days.

Rest assured, we work closely with our trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you as safely and efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding should any unexpected delays occur.
